Synopsis
A family moves into a new house in the suburbs and finds themselves not alone. Although it received rave reviews at the Sundance Film Festival, some viewers were turned away by its intensity. One person said, “I can’t handle this stress so late at night.” Reference to Amanda the Jedi Show: NIGHT SWIM is garbage | Explained (2024). This is a fantastic film. The cast is great and the film really draws you into their world and makes you feel like you’re in it. I was quite drawn into the drama and suspense. The ending was haunting and stayed with me for days, which is quite rare in a film. I think this will be a very popular film once it’s released. If not for some reason, it will be popular for years to come and people will wonder why it wasn’t better known when it was released. I would like to see it again, but only with a friend to see if they are as haunted as I was later.
